Alda is an Icelandic female-founded startup that just launched its one of a kind Diversity & Inclusion software. With the combination of data, tech, AI and passion we believe that we will see revolutionary progress happening in DEI and Alda will be a part of the pioneers leading that journey. Our mission? To help organisations create a more inclusive workplace where everyone thrives – regardless of who they are or what their background might be. Alda secured €2,2m funding in 2022 and launched the Alda software in September 2023 as planned. Our customers include the Icelandic Parliament, Aker Solutions, Deloitte Iceland, Icelandair, Alcoa and the National Police Force in Iceland. Even though the company was founded in 2022, the journey started decades before our official establishment. We have 20+ years of experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, working with organisations from both the private and public sector in Iceland. Today we are a team of 15 people that are driven by our passion for diversity, equity and inclusion.
