Crowd Ukraine is the first pan-European crowd investment-platform for a sustainable recovery of Ukraine. We are first movers to pivot from charity to investments and the first financial project secured against war risks by the German Federal investment guarantee. We exclusively finance ESG-compliant reconstruction projects for a better future of Ukraine (to be more specific: twenty co-living housing projects for the young digital generation, entirely constructed with zero carbon footprint made from wood). Crowd Ukraine offers full equity participation for European crowd investors (but of course also for funds, foundations and business angels) starting with 100 euro equity shares. We issue financially ECSP-regulated STO´s certified on the Ethereum-chain in accordance with the newly passed German Electronic Securities Act (so-called e-shares).
