It's not really a story of why we wanted to start deidei, but why we had to. There were three reasons. One of them was the enormous need we saw for a DEI agency that genuinely understands DEI as both a people case and a business case. For true impact, DEI has to be looked at as continuous business development, not a box to tick. Another reason: we needed to build ourselves the kind of company we dreamed of working at, with DEI in its DNA. We knew we had to practice what we preach, and we needed a safe, kind and ambitious environment to do that. And finally, the most important reason of all: we started deidei, because ultimately we want to see a world where our services are no longer needed. That’s why we had to.
