ReVision Implant is developing the first prosthesis able to restore useful vision to blind people. We are using implants with thousands of microelectrodes and advanced stimulation algorithms to directly transmit video images to the visual cortex of the brain. After promising animal tests in rhesus monkeys we are now raising for a first-in-human trial.
