The creative process is unpredictable and hard to scale, and in industries like marketing and advertising, this puts a lot of pressure on people— and on the bottom line. Generative AI could be the solution, and in fact 78% of marketing and advertising execs think it would help them reduce time spent on a campaign. However, if you ask the people actually using things like ChatGPT for creative ideation, they will tell you that it’s not really helping them. Seenapse generates ideas that are 40% more creative than ChatGPT, combining the strengths of large language models (LLMs) with a proprietary, divergent engine that allows it to generate improbable (and thus novel and interesting) ideas. We measured that following the methodology of a research team from the University of Arkansas, and using the Open Creativity Scoring with AI tool, we were able to make an apples-to-apples, objective comparison.
