Bad middle ear pressure regulation is the cause of 80% of all middle ear problems requiring treatment and is a precursor to more serious middle ear health problems such as cholesteatoma ("bone-eater") or hearing loss. Our technology allows the ear specialist to understand and quantify a patient's ability to regulate middle ear pressure, allowing for an early, confident and accurate diagnosis. Our patent pending technology allows an ear specialist to collect long term data on the patient's ability to regulate middle ear pressure - while the patient is listening to audiobooks or podcasts.
