Our primary focus is on retrofitting lighting systems. We always start with a free, no-obligation assessment to thoroughly analyze the existing lighting in corporate buildings or on company premises. We consider current energy consumption, costs, and CO2 emissions. Then, we compare this data with a simulation of our advanced SAFLUX LED lighting systems, allowing our clients to see their ROI at a glance. If a client decides to move forward with the retrofit, we manage the entire process—from planning and material procurement to installation and the final disposal of old fixtures.
We also offer comprehensive services for the installation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, which we manage from planning to completion, whether on rooftops or open spaces. Clients can choose between a traditional purchase model with a short ROI or a contracting model.
New to SAFLUX is an intelligent software platform that monitors and analyzes entire building infrastructures using sensor data. This software tracks and correlates data on energy consumption, temperature, humidity, water flow, and movement to uncover optimization opportunities and detect issues, such as water leaks, early on. We are currently testing this technology with select pilot customers.
